Welcome to Tallied. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application and web platform (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tallied, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tallied, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Tallied is a social sports prediction, pick'em, and league management platform. The Service allows users to create private and public groups, make weekly match predictions, track over/under stats, and view leaderboards based on sports events.
🚫 No Real-Money Gambling
Tallied is strictly for entertainment and social competition. The platform does not facilitate real-money gambling, sports betting, financial wagers, or cash payouts of any kind.
3. User Accounts and Security
• Registration:
You must create an account to access certain features of Tallied. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
• Account Responsibility:
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Termination:
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct and Content
You agree not to use Tallied to engage in any prohibited behavior, including but not limited to:
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or abusing other users within leagues, custom chats, or usernames.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or attempts to compromise the security, infrastructure, or database integrity of the Service (including Supabase or hosting endpoints).
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or unauthorizedly access parts of the application.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Tallied app, web platform, brand identity, user interface designs, and underlying source code are and will remain the exclusive property of Tallied and its creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the application strictly for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we warrant the accuracy or real-time reliability of third-party sports data feeds, stats, or scores displayed within the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tallied and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in any connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (such as posting an update within the app or updating the "Last Updated" date above). Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
