We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information generated through your use of the app:
• Account & Authentication Information:
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, username, and profile picture (if provided). If you choose to sign in using third-party authentication providers (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook), we receive profile identifiers and email addresses authorized by those services.
• Game & Prediction Data:
We collect the picks, predictions, over/under selections, league participation, matchup records, and leaderboard scores associated with your account.
• Device & Usage Information:
We automatically collect standard technical information, including your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and basic crash/performance logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
• Creating and managing your user account and profile.
• Running prediction slates, calculating scores, managing league standings, and updating real-time leaderboards.
• Enabling social features, such as displaying your username and rank in public and private leagues.
• Sending essential transactional notifications, updates, and customer support responses.
• Monitoring app performance, troubleshooting bugs, and improving platform features.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate the platform:
• Cloud & Database Infrastructure:
Secure cloud databases and hosting services (such as Supabase and Expo Application Services) that process and store your account data.
• Authentication Partners:
Identity providers (Apple, Google, Facebook) used to facilitate secure single sign-on.
• Legal Compliance:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
4. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
• In-App Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can initiate complete account deletion directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
• Manual Requests:
You may also request the deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us at support@talliedsports.com. Upon account deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our active databases.
5. Children’s Privacy
Tallied is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that information from our servers.
6. Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
